This Shipping Policy explains how HushBud™ ("we," "us," or "our") handles order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, delivery, shipping destinations, and shipping-related issues for orders placed on HushBud.Store
By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and any other policies referenced on our website.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide, subject to shipping availability, legal restrictions, customs requirements, and carrier limitations.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where a destination is unsupported, restricted by law, impractical for operational or carrier reasons, or affected by customs or import restrictions.
2. Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Fulfillment
Many of our products are made to order and may also be sold on a pre-order basis.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the estimated fulfillment time is 7 to 80 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment time means the time required for production, processing, and preparation before dispatch.
Fulfillment time does not include shipping carrier transit time after dispatch.
Because products may be produced on demand and fulfilled in batches, actual fulfillment times can vary.
3. Dispatch and Delivery Estimates
Any shipping, dispatch, or delivery estimates shown on the website, product page, cart, checkout, or in order communications are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

customs processing;

courier capacity;

peak shopping periods;

weather events; and

other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
We may need additional time to review or verify orders in cases involving incomplete customer information, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping-address problems, legal restrictions, or import-related concerns.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping Carriers
Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after dispatch, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Carrier scanning delays, customs holds, routing issues, final-mile delays, and local delivery disruptions may affect delivery timing.
6. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, clearance fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination and local laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for any such charges imposed by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or government agencies in the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, holds, inspections, seizures, or other issues caused by customs clearance, import controls, or local regulatory requirements in the destination country.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change shipping prices at any time before an order is placed.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
We are not liable for delivery problems, losses, customs issues, failed delivery, or extra costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Delays Before Dispatch
If we cannot dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout, we may notify you by email.
Where required by applicable law, you may be offered the option to:

consent to the delay; or

cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
For orders subject to United States law, any stated shipping or dispatch timeframe must have a reasonable basis, and delayed shipment may require notice and refund rights under applicable law.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us
We may ask you to allow a reasonable investigation period with the shipping carrier before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is considered.
We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, defective, or materially not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
Please include:

a description of the issue;

photographs of the product;

photographs of the packaging; and

any visible shipping damage.
We may offer a replacement, refund, repair, store credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and as required by applicable law.
12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to customer error, failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges, we may deduct shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, storage, or other direct costs from any refund where permitted by law.
If the item cannot be returned to us, is abandoned, or is destroyed by customs authorities or the carrier, no refund may be available except where required by applicable law.
13. Split Shipments
We reserve the right to ship items in separate packages if necessary for production, stock handling, carrier limitations, customs issues, or operational reasons.
